Shipping Rates
We provide a transparent, fixed shipping costs so you can shop with confidence. We currently ship exclusively within West Malaysia.
Standard Shipping (West Malaysia):
- Orders RM150 and above: FREE
- Orders below RM150: RM20 Flat Rate Â
Klang Valley Exclusive (Large Plants):

Strategic Delivery Schedule
To minimize the time your plant spends in a dark warehouse:
Monday – Wednesday Dispatch: We ship during the first half of the week to ensure your parcel isn't held at a sorting hub over the weekend.
Lead Time: Standard parcels usually arrive within 2–4 working days.
Klang Valley Large Delivery: For "Klang Valley Only" items, our team will contact you via WhatsApp to schedule a specific delivery window that suits you.
Our Arrival Guarantee
We take full responsibility for the transit of our plants. Our sturdy cartons make damage rare, but we are here for you if it happens:
24-Hour Window: Please inspect your plant upon arrival.Â
Proof of Damage: If there is significant damage (such as a broken pot or snapped main stems), please take a video and photo of the item and the packaging, and contact us within 24 hours.
Resolution: We will prioritize a replacement or a refund for any major transit-related issues.
Acclimation: Minor "travel stress" (a yellow leaf or slightly dry soil) is normal. Check our digital care guides to help your plant adjust to its new home.

We include Kuala Lumpur and major parts of Selangor. If you are unsure if your location qualifies for a large plant delivery, please message us before purchasing!
How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
Simply add RM150 or more of greenery to your cart, and the shipping fee will be automatically waived at checkout.
Why is there a flat rate of RM20 for purchase below RM150?
Packaging living plants requires specialized materials—including our heavy-duty carton boxes and internal stabilizers. This fee ensures we don't have to cut corners on your plant's safety.
